Before moving day
Items packed, loaded, transported or positioned by WHILZ are handled according to the service scope agreed for the booking. Any liability limits, declared-value options or third-party insurance must be stated in the written quotation or service agreement before work begins.

Artwork, designer furniture, delicate electronics, specialised appliances and other high-value items should be declared before the move. Additional packing, valuation evidence or third-party cover may be required.
Pre-existing marks, faults or structural weaknesses may be photographed during assessment. Customers should also keep receipts, valuations and clear photographs for valuable belongings.
